Situated on the 18th floor, Auro Orbit is a marvel of modern design, inspired by the Urban Forest theme. The facility offers panoramic city views, state-of-the-art amenities, and a thoughtfully curated environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. With 416 desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces, BuzzWorks is setting a new standard for managed workspaces in Hyderabad’s thriving business district.

Siddharth Verma, General Manager at BuzzWorks, highlights the broader implications of this deal: “Hyderabad witnessed 12.5 million sq ft of Grade A leasing in 2024, a 56% year-on-year increase, driven by IT and Global Capability Centres. Flexible workspaces accounted for 14% of this, reflecting a growing shift from fixed assets to experience-driven, office-as-a-service models.” This trend is reshaping the commercial real estate landscape, with BuzzWorks at the forefront of innovation.

Strategic Growth and Vision

Launched in 2019, BuzzWorks has rapidly expanded across major South Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, and Trivandrum. The brand now operates 8,000 seats and plans to double this number in the next year, with an ambitious target of 1 lakh seats by 2030. The recent Hyderabad lease is a key step in BuzzWorks’ strategy to scale its managed workspace portfolio to 1 million sq ft by FY2026.
